    Admissions

    Entry to Gemini School is granted on a rolling, ongoing basis. Admission is competitive; therefore, prospective students must meet the following requirements:

    • High School Graduate or GED
    • Portfolio Review
      Portfolios should reflect the student’s best work. Samples may be in any format, but prints or reproductions should be high quality and at least 8 ½ x 11”. To see examples of typical artwork presented at Portfolio Reviews, click here
    • Personal Interview
    • Complete Application Form including Personal Essay
    • Submit a $100 Registration Fee

    Licensing/Accreditation:

    The Gemini School of Visual Arts & Communication is approved and regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), Career Schools and Colleges, Austin, Texas.

    The TWC-assigned school number: S1563. The Diploma in Visual Arts & Communication program is also approved.

    Gemini School of Visual Arts & Communication has become Candidate for Accreditation with the Council on Occupational Education (COE) and is working towards becoming fully accredited.

    Student Complaint Policy:

    If as a student you have any concerns about this school or its educational program you are requested to address these concerns by following the grievance process outlined in the school’s catalog on page 19, paragraph 15. School administration is responsible for ensuring that all enrolled students receive a copy of the catalog containing the school’s grievance procedure; if any student has not been provided with this information, please inform management.

    Students dissatisfied with this school’s response to their complaint or who are not able to file a complaint with the school, can file a formal complaint with TWC. Information on filing a complaint with TWC can be found on TWC’s Career Schools and Colleges website at: http://csc.twc.state.tx.us/ or they may contact the Council on Occupational Education, 7840 Roswell Road, Building 300, Suite 325, Atlanta, Georgia 30350.
