2009 Graduate Portfolios

Lauren Lamoreux, Gemini School Class of 2009

Lauren first visited Gemini School with her sister Erin (Gemini School Class of 2006) and knew she had to be an artist. Today, Lauren is an art intern at a local studio where she helps create environments and props for a videogame currently in development. Her career goal is to be a concept artist working in videogames and film. Lauren is a graduate of Anderson HS in Austin, Texas.

Shawn Melchor, Gemini School Class of 2009

By day, Shawn is a 4th year student at Gemini School and by night, a Concept Art Intern at Austin, TX based Disney Interactive Studios. As in intern, he's been working on a variety of projects including characters, environments and props. In his spare time, he's the "Spice Guy" for his family's restaurant, Smokey Mo's BBQ and holds the secret ingredient to Smokey's famous BBQ sauce. After graduation, Shawn plans to continue his career as a concept artist. Shawn is a graduate of Leander HS in Leander, Texas.
